Ticket terms

These are the general principles for ticketed events sold through Casa Ritmo. Each live Casa event page identifies the event, price, admission conditions and any event-specific cancellation or refund terms before payment.

Online booking only

Ticketed events at Casa Ritmo require a valid online booking before arrival. We do not sell tickets at the door and do not admit walk-ins. Use the Casa booking link shown on the event listing before you travel.

Orders and entry

An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds and a confirmation is issued to the email address used at checkout. Bring that confirmation and its order reference to entry; the Casa team checks it against the event order list. Check the event, date, ticket type and contact details carefully before paying.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

The event-specific terms explain what happens if an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, and whether customer-requested refunds or transfers are available. Nothing in those terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Promoter events

Casa Ritmo may sell tickets for events produced by an independent organiser. When Casa sells the ticket, the Casa event page remains the customer booking route and Casa provides ticket support.
