Ticket terms

These are the general principles for tickets sold through Casa Ritmo. Each event page and checkout will identify the organiser, price, admission conditions and the event-specific cancellation or refund terms before payment.

Orders

An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds and a confirmation is issued. Check the event, date, ticket type and contact details carefully before paying. A ticket may be subject to age, arrival-time, identification or other admission conditions shown during purchase.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

The event-specific terms will explain what happens if an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, and whether customer-requested refunds or transfers are available. Nothing in those terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Promoter events

Casa Ritmo may sell tickets for events produced by an independent organiser. The event and checkout information will identify the relevant organiser and explain the roles of Casa Ritmo and the promoter.

Use the ticket help form with your order reference and event name. Until a checkout is published on this website, no Casa Ritmo ticket is being offered for sale here.
